I recently had the opportunity to visit this care center and my overall experience was average. The website provided a good amount of information about the services offered, which was helpful in determining if it was the right fit for my needs. The staff were friendly and professional, although I did feel that some of the interactions lacked a personal touch. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, but nothing particularly stood out to make it exceptional. The care provided was adequate, but I did feel that there could have been more attention to detail and individualized care plans for each resident. Overall, it was an average experience, but I would appreciate seeing more efforts made to go above and beyond for their residents in the future.
