I have had a mixed experience with Action Auto INC. On one hand, their sales team was very helpful and patient, guiding me through the process of purchasing a car. On the other hand, their after-sales service was not up to par. I had some issues with the car after a few weeks and getting it resolved was a hassle. The overall quality of their vehicles is good, but their customer support needs improvement.
