I recently used this company's services for document review and e-discovery, and I was somewhat impressed. The website was easy to navigate, and I found the information I needed. However, the customer service could be improved. 🤔 Some of my queries took longer than expected to be answered, and I felt the communication was not as smooth as I had hoped. On the positive side, the quality of their work was satisfactory, and they delivered within the promised timeframe. Overall, my experience was average. I would consider using their services again if the communication improves.
