I recently interacted with a digital investment platform, and I found the services to be average. The platform's website was intuitive and easy to navigate, which made the investment process smooth. However, I felt that the customer support response time was a bit slow, and I had to wait longer than expected for some queries to be addressed. The investment options were diverse, but I wished there were more educational resources available to help customers make informed decisions. Overall, the experience was okay, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and educational support.👍
