The company Vtech is doing an average job. I have been a customer for a while now and overall, I am satisfied with their products and services. The customer support team is responsive and they always try to resolve any issues I face. However, there is room for improvement in terms of product quality. Some of the products I have purchased from them have not lasted as long as I would expect. Nevertheless, I would still recommend Vtech to others.
