I had a somewhat disappointing experience with Restoration Hardware. While the designs of their products are beautiful, the quality is not consistent. I ordered a few pieces and some arrived damaged. It was a hassle to exchange them, and the replacement items had minor defects as well. The customer service was helpful in resolving the issues, but it was overall a frustrating experience. I hope they work on improving their quality control.
