As an average customer, I found the customer service to be satisfactory, but the website was a bit difficult to navigate. The product selection was limited, and the prices were not as competitive as other similar companies. 🤔 Additionally, the shipping time was longer than expected, and the packaging could have been better. On the positive side, the quality of the products was decent, and the company did resolve an issue I had with an order in a timely manner. Overall, there is room for improvement in various areas to enhance the customer experience.
