Company sent communication of a ONE DAY BOGO on shoes through a text service I signed up for. I ordered the shoes and the price did not reflect in the cart. I did not want to lose my size, as they were going quickly. So I ordered anyway, hoping Entourage could make the adjustment with a credit or partial refund. However, the customer service number does not work at all and there has been no response to the 3 emails I have sent requesting an adjustment. I would not have purchased two pairs had there not been a BOGO. This is False advertising. I unsubscribed to all emails and will not purchase from them again. Customer beware.
