My experience with Dfusion was not what I expected...

My experience with Dfusion was not what I expected. The website design was subpar and the navigation was confusing. I had a hard time finding the information I needed. Although the customer service was prompt in addressing my concerns, I was disappointed with the overall quality of their services.
