Ok "attraction". The most interesting display in Tower of London is the crown jewels. Everything else is pretty useless. Unless you are very interested in swords, armors, guns.. etc you will not need more than 1 hour to tour this.

Torture room is just a room with some informative boards there. No signs of actual torturing devices in the room. You might as well read the information on the internet.
