I was skeptical about far infrared heaters, but after purchasing one from the Herschel website, I'm a believer. The heater exceeded my expectations and does a phenomenal job of warming up my living room. It's compact, easy to use, and provides consistent heat. The customer service from Herschel was also exceptional, answering all my questions promptly. I'm very happy with my purchase!
