Called to book a reservation. I spoke with Jeri, who claimed to be the GM. In the middle of our conversation she said there s a lot going on and hung. Terrible customer service. Very surprising that she s a GM. I worked for Marriott for many years and am very surprised to have been treated that way. I then called her back immediately and informed her that I wasn t done with our conversation. Shame on you, Jeri, for not listening to now an Elite member. I will make sure to spread the word to fellow colleagues.
