I had a mixed experience with Decart INC. While their website decartmoto.com is user-friendly and offers a good selection of motorcycles, the delivery of my bike was delayed. However, the customer service team was responsive and helped me resolve the issue. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase but there is definitely room for improvement.
