I recently dined at a wonderful Ethiopian restaurant in the city. It was my first time trying Ethiopian cuisine, and the experience was fantastic. The restaurant had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I tried a variety of dishes, and each one was bursting with flavor. The injera, in particular, was a standout. It was light and fluffy, and had a slightly sour taste that paired perfectly with the rich stews and curries. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience, and I will definitely be returning.
