The package was excellent and overall everything lived up to expectations and more.
There were a couple of scenarios, one where we ordered food by the pool (banyan deck) only to wait for 30 mins before checking in. Then the manager came and told us we were not allowed to eat/to be served there. We would have happily moved if we had been told and/or there was space. As it turned out we had to cancel our food as kids had a sit booked at splash time and food would have been too later.
The other scenario was when I asked for a softer pillow, I was brought hard ones and told there were no more soft ones in the hotel. When I challenged this, the gentleman to his credit went away and rechecked and then found some.
Of course neither of the above ruined our stay, but could have been avoided.
Also, bed was not massively comfortable.
The staff in Line restaurant (for breakfast) were excellent and in general all staff were very very good.

Enjoyed our stay and we are already booked to come back on 15th December.
