UPDATED....down to 1 star only because giving zero isn't possible. I'll await another long winded attempt at a pathetic undermining reply but save your breathe NPT. I'll happily provide emails. Also note that the awesome 4.9 out of 5 score on reviews.io is purely because they don't accept reviews from all people who have had dealings with NPT. I've emailed reviews.io to ask permission to leave an honest review of my experience as I have emails to back up what I say unlike these jokers.

Assisted sale...
I'm going with 2 stars at the mo due to a few discrepancies with what is said on the various websites and also the instructions they give to the estate agents when they value.
Firstly, they say when speaking that they only give 12% on exchange. Which is ok and fair enough but quote otherwise when trying to gain your attention.
Secondly, on assisted sale, on the various websites they own they quote upto 90plus % of market value they will try and get you. No, this is misleading. They offer a maximum of 85%.
I will update as I progress.
Thirdly which is what I find odd, they instruct the agents not to disclose anything with you. They say the asset management company actually instruct this but I have an email saying it is actually not true and NPT instruct this. So always get further valuations done off your own back to marry up and see.
The review will be updated as time progresses but I felt it important to review based on initial and early stages.
By no means saying anything untoward is gping on but having seen conflicting statements across the many websites, people need to be more aware.

Bit of an update. I'm now a little sceptical of the previous reviews about NPT and not entirely convinced all are genuine.
Firstly the strict guidelines you issue to the agents of the conditions you instruct a valuation, it's basically robbery and fraudulent to be perfectly honest as nowhere does it say you force the agents into providing a 6 to 8 week sale valuation. Kind of defeats the object....does it not??? Absolute jokers. I won't name names of the agents I've spoken to but clearly NPT are not the genuine our for they claim to be. I'll leave it there. Use if you really must but be fully aware that your home will be lost to peanuts while these clowns rip it off for what ever they can take you for. I'm sure there maybe 1 or 2 genuine companies out there but ones like these idiots should be shut down and the work force jailed. That's how strongly I feel about them as there are people out there you knowingly rip off to the tune of tens of thousands.
