First time in Egypt blown away with the place beautiful sandy beach the hotel itself is fantastic every member of staff from management to gardens are all do welcoming 100%safe clean bed linen every day the staff cannot do enough for u. As it's January one of the pools is heated the management have upgraded everyone to a la carte restaurant as many times as u like. I have travelled alot and have to say this is a favourite of mine only booked for 1 week wish we had booked for 2 will defiantly be back WELL DONE carribean world resort you are doing everything right
