I have been a tenant with this company for a few years now and overall, I have had a positive experience. The apartments are well-maintained and the rent is reasonable. The staff is generally helpful and responsive. However, there have been a few instances where it took longer than expected to get maintenance issues addressed. But, that being said, I would still recommend Varbergs fastighets ab for their reliable services.
