As a long-term customer of Cititrust holdings plc, I must say that their services are average. I haven't had any major issues, but there is room for improvement. The website is user-friendly, but sometimes I find it difficult to navigate. The customer support is responsive, but I feel that they could be more proactive. Overall, a decent experience.
