Terrible customer service. I ve had multiple issues with multiple orders. Issues varying
from wrongly canceled ordered; refunded the wrong amount, customer service rep saying they can t do anything. The list goes on and on. Today after waiting 3 weeks for my order; THEY ARE THE WRONG SIZE. I try my best to support local companies even if it means spending a little more. But when it s this much work; I m going to have to think twice about placing another order with Strideline.

Aside from customer service; they are indeed very thick and comfortable. Only time will tell how they hold up.
