I switched to this internet provider recently, and so far, the experience has been okay. The speeds are decent, and I haven't faced major connectivity issues. However, there are times when the internet can slow down during peak hours. The website is easy to navigate, but I wish the customer support response time was quicker. Overall, it's an average experience.
