I've been using Spoon for a few months now and overall, it's been a decent experience. The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process is simple. The delivery is usually on time, however, there have been a few delays. The food quality is average, nothing extraordinary. The menu could have more variety, but it covers the basics. The customer service is helpful but sometimes slow to respond. I would say Spoon is an okay option for food delivery.
