I had a mixed experience with Monitoring Management, Inc. (monman). The customer service I received was excellent. The representatives were polite and helpful. They were quick to respond to my queries and resolve any issues I faced. However, I had some technical difficulties with their monitoring system. The software was not as user-friendly as I expected, and it took me some time to figure out how to navigate through it. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there is room for improvement.
