I have been a customer of Foac for several years now and I must say that the experience has been average. The franchise owners association of Chicagoland is doing an okay job in terms of providing support and resources to its members. However, there are times when the communication is lacking and it can be frustrating. Overall, I would rate Foac as an average company.
