I had a mixed experience with the resume builder tool on cvowl.com. While it offers a good range of templates and customization options, I found the user interface quite confusing. It took me some time to figure out how to navigate through the different sections. However, once I got the hang of it, I was able to create a decent resume. Overall, I would rate it as an average tool.
