Like most other VA hospitals, this one is almost useless. Poor limited services, incompetent personnel with a typical "Federal Agency" attitude. Even the most basic interaction is beyond their ability! Have a question? No operators to answer the phone. Need medical records information? They don't have a clue. Need information regarding services and procedures - unknown. Need non-emergency, but urgent care - look elsewhere. This property would be better converted to a civilian health care facility. The V.A. needs a complete overhaul.
