I've been a customer of System one alarm svc inc for several years now and I have to say their service is average. The installation of the alarm system was smooth and the technician was knowledgeable. However, I have had a few issues with false alarms that were quite frustrating. The customer service team was helpful in resolving these issues, but I do wish the system was more reliable.
