I had an average experience with Immersionn. While their website was easy to navigate, I found the overall customer service to be lacking. The product selection was decent, but I was hoping for more options. The delivery of my order was prompt, which was a plus. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the products I received. Overall, I would consider trying Immersionn again in the future, but they definitely have room for improvement.
