I recently dealt with an insurance agency and had a terrible experience. Thankfully, that wasn't the case with Shepherd insurance agency. They were professional, efficient, and very helpful. They made sure I understood the terms and options available to me. Their rates were also quite competitive. Overall, I had a great experience with Shepherd insurance agency.
