Andrew Tucker along with David Tucker installed my new heating and cooling unit on Wednesday, September 20, 2017. The technicians arrived on time. They keep me informed of what they were during, and answered all my questions with ease. Andrew and David were both very professional. I was instructed on how to use my new programmable Thermostat, and was given a head's up on what to expect once I use my heating system for the first time. What was very impressive was that they cleaned as they worked to install my units. The furniture that had to be moved to allow them to bring in equipment were all put back as it was when they arrived. It was amazing that the two of them were able to install both units within 8 hours. I am very pleased with the service I received, and I give Andrew and David all the praise.
