The only reason Lili's deserves this many stars is that the food is pretty great. Service was horrendous. We made a reservation a week ahead and were immediately seated right in front of the kitchen doors near the restroom. Our server ignored us for the first 10 minutes. When I asked the hostesses for a table in the room with the bar and live music, explained that we had reserved a week ahead and had already stated that it was for my birthday, we were told we should have requested a table on that side when we called (it was our first time there)! We were not re-seated and couldn't hear any music whatsoever. Our server had already been told we weren't thrilled about our spot, and didn't do much to make the evening better. We shared the Lili's house nachos, bacon wrapped quail and green chili pork. The food was decadent and hot. The server removed our drink glasses and never offered another. It definitely did not feel like a birthday dinner.
