Took too long to get answers from them. I had to chase them. Unclear on costs until payment received. Unclear on who was managing my case. Should be more clear on what they can/cannot do at first face to face or telephone contact. Reception area very tiny can be a bit crowded when more than two persons is waiting to be seen. Security/entrance door too narrow for wherlchair users.The only good things were pleasant receptionist and generally good professional manner.
