We purchased 3 properties around 5 years ago. Since than we never had an issue with Todd or his staff. We always received our rent collection on time. Even during these uncertain times we never missed receiving a payment. I could honestly say that investments that we've made are solid, good value investments thanks to the Simple Investor.
