I have been renting with Wise property management ...

I have been renting with Wise property management and leasing for over a year now, and I must say they have been nothing but average. The communication with the property manager is alright, but they often take a while to respond to my inquiries. Maintenance requests are also handled with some delays, which can be frustrating at times. Overall, I would say their service is satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement.
