The overall experience with Shanghai Mart was quite average. The website was easy to navigate, but the product selection was limited. I would suggest adding more variety to attract a wider range of customers. The customer service was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement. The delivery was prompt and the packaging was adequate. Overall, a decent shopping experience.
