Shared IT did an average job in developing a website for my business. While they delivered within the timeline, I was not completely satisfied with the end result. The design lacked creativity and the functionality had some minor issues. However, their customer service was responsive and they made an effort to address my concerns. Overall, I would rate the experience as average.
