I want to share my experience with Smart isp. Their service is average. The website, smart-assist.in.ua, is easy to navigate and user-friendly. However, the internet speed is not consistent and sometimes slows down during peak hours. Customer support is responsive and helpful in resolving technical issues. Overall, it's a decent ISP, but there is room for improvement.
