As a customer of the Center for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, I have had an average experience. The services provided are decent, but there is definitely room for improvement. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, but at times, it feels like they are understaffed. I appreciate the effort they put into assisting those with hearing loss, but I believe there should be more resources available. Overall, the Center provides a good service, but there are areas where they could excel.
