Awful experience with officers on duty during a minor accident on Route4 West. Officers casual converse with each other about bringing a tow truck east bound to the fender bender. They bring Route4 to a stand still so they can attempt to perform a 20 point turn for the tow truck. Obviously an impossible feat. The officers then with out any regard for traffic or any one else they casually and without urgency chit chat while 25 minutes go by with out any action.
