I absolutely love Crossfit gladstone! 💪 The trainers are so motivating and the workouts are always challenging. It's like a family here, everyone is so supportive and encouraging. I can't believe how much I've improved since joining. The energy in the gym is contagious, and I always leave with a smile on my face. I would give them 5 stars without a doubt! 💯👍
