I've had some mixed experiences with Kith nyc. While their website is user-friendly and they offer a good selection of products, the customer service could use some improvement. There have been times where I've had to wait longer than expected for a response and had difficulty resolving issues. However, when everything goes smoothly, the quality of their products is great and the prices are reasonable.
