I would rate Ohio Engine And Transm Exch INC as average. The service I received was satisfactory, but nothing outstanding. I have used their services a few times and while they got the job done, I can't say I was overly impressed. I would recommend them if you are in a bind and need a quick fix, but don't expect anything amazing.
