I have been a customer of America West Resources, Inc. for several years now and I must say that their service is average. The coal industry can be quite competitive and I feel like there is room for improvement in terms of their prices and overall customer experience. However, their website, americacoal.com, is easy to navigate and provides all the necessary information. I hope to see some positive changes in the future.
