Overall, Future gmbh is an average company. Their website at futuregmbh.com is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, their customer service could use improvement. It took a while to get a response when I had a question about their products. The delivery was prompt, though, and the quality of their items was satisfactory. I would say it's just an average experience.
