I had an average experience with Advantec global services inc. The website advantec.us was easy to navigate and find information about the company. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representatives I spoke to were not very knowledgeable and were unable to answer my questions effectively. The overall quality of the services provided was decent, but not exceptional. I would consider using Advantec again in the future if they improve their customer service.
