I recently purchased a guitar from an online store. The instrument itself is excellent, with great sound and quality. However, the customer service from Journey Instruments was lacking. I had some questions about the product and it took them quite a while to respond. When they did reply, their answers were not very helpful. I was disappointed with the level of support provided. Despite this, I am happy with the guitar itself and would recommend it to others.
