The company's website is well-designed and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and find relevant information. The property advisors provided decent customer service and were knowledgeable about the real estate market. However, I found their response time to be average at best, as it often took several days for them to get back to me with the information I requested. I also felt that their expertise was somewhat limited to certain areas, as they struggled to provide detailed insights about properties outside of their main focus. Additionally, the company's fees were slightly higher compared to other property advisory firms I've worked with. Overall, while they did a satisfactory job, there is room for improvement to deliver a more streamlined and responsive service across all aspects of their business.
