I recently had the opportunity to work with a company that prides itself on being "Strategically connected". I must say, my experience with them was average at best. The website, strategically-connected.com, looked promising with its sleek design and bold claims about their expertise in strategic planning. However, when it came to actually delivering results, there seemed to be a lack of follow-through.

Communication was often slow and there were times when my inquiries were left unanswered for days. Additionally, the solutions presented to us did not feel particularly innovative or unique, and it often felt like we were just getting generic advice rather than tailored strategies.

While I appreciate the effort put into the company's image and website, I was left feeling underwhelmed by the overall experience. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and providing more value to clients.
