I had a mixed experience with Kirchhoff automotive. Some aspects of their service were great, while others were disappointing. The staff was professional and knowledgeable, and the quality of their work was excellent. However, I found their prices to be quite high compared to other automotive shops in the area. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
