I recently used the services of this company for my insurance needs. The website was easy to navigate and provided a good overview of their offerings. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. It took a while to get a response to my inquiries, and I felt that the communication could have been more proactive. Additionally, the information provided on the website didn't seem to align completely with what I was told by the customer service representatives. While the overall experience was not terrible, it left me feeling somewhat underwhelmed. I think there is definitely potential for improvement in the areas of customer service and consistency of information.
